                    Leadership কোনো এক বিখ্যাত মানুষের বানী- "সিনেমা তিনটি বিষয়ের উপর চলে এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট, এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট ও এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট"    ঠিক তেমনি আমাদের দেশ চলে তিন জনের উপর নেতা, নেতা ও নেতা। আমাদের দেশে সবাই তাই নেতা হতে চায়। তা সে যোগ্যতা থাকুক বা না থাকুক।     নেতা বিভিন্ন রকমের হয়। যদি সেটা কোনো রাজনৈতিক দলের নেতা হয় তাহলে তো সোনায় সোহাগা। মোটামুটিভাবে তার পরবর্তী সাত প্রজন্মের ভাগ্য নির্ধারণ হয়ে যায়। এরা পারেনা বা হবে না এমন কোনো কাজ নেই। এটা এমন একটা জীবিকা,যত সমালোচনা হয় তত বিখ্যাত হয়। সমাজে এদের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা সবথেকে কম( কয়েকজন ব্যাতিক্রম)। অথচ IAS,IPS,ICS officer পর্যন্ত এদের পায়ের নীচে থাকে। IAS,IPS,ICS officer হতে গেলে দিন রাত এক করে পড়াশোনা করতে হয়, আর নেতা হতে গেলে দিন রাত এক করে মার্ডার ও চুরি করতে হয়। সঠিক নেতা হতে গেলে সঠিক শিক্ষার দরকার, সেইটুকু যোগ্যতা বেশীরভাগ নেতাদের নেই।     এদের একটাই স্বভাব,কেউ কোনো ভালো কাজ করলে নানাবিধ উপায়ে তাকে অপদস্ত করানো...

                                        Third world war তৃতীয় বিশ্ব যুদ্ধ শুরু হয়ে গেছে। এই যুদ্ধে কোনো হাতিয়ার ব্যবহার করা হয়নি। ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে ছোট্ট একটি ভাইরাস। যার নাম "কোরোনা ভাইরাস" । যার আবীষ্কারক চীন।   এই ভাইরাস এইভাবে চীন ধীরে ধীরে বিনা যুদ্ধে সেই মসনদে বসতে চাইছে। যেখানে এখন আমেরিকা আছে। পিছনে রয়েছে বিশাল ইতিহাস। বর্তমান বিশ্বের বাজারে একচ্ছত্র অধিপতি হল আমেরিকা যুক্তরাষ্ট্র। যার ক্ষমতার সামনে মাথা নত করে সারা বিশ্ব। বিভিন্ন দেশের যেকোনো সমস্যার সমাধানে আমেরিকার সাহায্য প্রার্থী হয়। তাই জাতিপুঞ্জের সর্বোচ্চ পদ আমেরিকার।    চীনের এই পদটি চাই। আজ অবধি আমেরিকা যা করে এসেছে, এখন চীন সেটি করতে চায়। এর জন্য তারা কোনো যুদ্ধ করতে চায়না। কারন আমেরিকার মতো শক্তিশালী দেশেকে যুদ্ধ করে হারানো সম্ভব নয়, এটা চীন ভালো ভাবে জানে। তাই তারা প্ল্যানিং শুরু করে ১৯৮০ থেকে।    এমন একটি ভাইরাস আবীষ্কার করল যা বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে লাখো লাখো মানুষের জ...
